Meir Goodman

Co-founder, CEO

Meir, a serial entrepreneur, is at the helm of the company despite his humble beginnings. He got his start in a commercial real estate venture and then moved to wall street until the crash of 2008 stalled any potential for immediate success in the space.
After hearing of a problem that a dentist in his family had, and of a solution that was already in place in a different industry, Meir adapted the features and functionality to create his first communications company.

After 10 years of growing his first company, Meir realized that much of the technology could be used to solve the growing problem of rising SMS costs for A2P tools. And that is how Textgrid was born.

When Meir isn’t building and running companies, he’s overseeing another organization known as his immediate family. With eleven children under the age of 16, it’s a wonder that he can do anything beyond taking care of them! But he enjoys every moment he gets to spend with his family, and its always his favorite part of the day.

Avi Landy

CTO

Avi’s career in computers first began in his high school years, when he was asked to build the school’s first multi-station network. A budding career in hardware and networks was cut short, however, when Avi discovered the wonders of programming and the thrill of solving problems using code.

Avi spent the next decade at an international software solutions firm, becoming the organization’s top “fireman” and managing more than 30 projects simultaneously. Next was a string of startups, where Avi got to build unique solutions from the ground up and played a lead developer role in each of these companies.

Before he added TextGrid to his impressive resume, Avi spent 6 years as CTO of an A2P communications firm, where he completely revamped the company’s flagship product.

Though we’ve tried to disprove it on several occasions, we’ve come to believe that in his spare time, Avi actually enjoys programming and debugging. Fortunate is the man whose livelihood is also his favorite pastime.

Emir Zecovic

Co-founder, Chief Marketing Officer

Emir is a determined, data-driven, and versatile marketer with over 7 years of experience in managing teams and devising and implementing growth strategies for SaaS B2B and B2C companies.

In 2018, he joined 12 Min Servicos Digitais e Negocios LTDA based in Brazil, and as Head of Marketing, contributed greatly to the company’s ARR growth.

In 2019, he obtained his master’s degree with high honors in Digital Marketing & Social Media from the University of Sheffield in the UK.

Motti Stenge

Co-founder, COO

Motti graduated from McGill University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Commerce, and was recruited as US Biz Dev liaison for one of Canada’s first online retail companies. He then pivoted to the banking space as a first step towards money management, where he unexpectedly but consistently led his colleagues in sales performance.

Motti then moved to a small communications startup, where he helped guide the company as it grew by 200% over the first three years. He was also instrumental in securing and maintaining several of the company’s primary partnerships, representing a growing portion of the total revenue.

The move to TextGrid was a natural segway from the industry and position that he had come from, and while clearly hitting the ground running, Motti is willing and able to learn from everyone around him.
